Warren has 25 years of clinical experience in Podiatry. He made Aliyah in 2020.

He graduated as a podiatrist from the University of Johannesburg in 1995 and is the first podiatrist in Israel to undergo an intensive license conversion process and receive his license in Podiatry from the Israeli Ministry of Health.

Dr Eran Tamir, the world-renowned foot and ankle surgeon, mentored Warren at Shamir Medical centre.

Warren is part of the team at the Maccabi Hashalom Diabetic Foot Clinic in Tel Aviv.

Warren keeps up to date with the latest professional developments in podiatry and provides podiatric services, education and assistance to a wide spectrum of patients from children to professional athletes. He is fully compliant in the design and manufacture of digital orthotics. His interests include sports podiatry, surgery and the diabetic Foot.

Vernon has had 39 years of Podiatric experience in private practice in Johannesburg South Africa. He made Aliyah in 2021.

After qualifying as a Podiatrist in December 1981 from the University of Johannesburg , he completed a postgraduate two-year BSc.Honours degree in Podiatric studies, through the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom.

He lectured at the University of Johannesburg in Podiatric biomechanics.

Vernon served on the national executive committee of the South African Podiatry Association as well as the professional board of the Health Professions Council Of South Africa.

He completed the Israeli Podiatry license conversion required by the Ministry of Health, offering his services in the orthopedic department at Laniado Hospital in Netanya. He initiated the hospital’s first Podiatry diabetic foot clinic, which he continues to run.

Vernon’s passion in Podiatry includes biomechanical foot evaluation for the production and design of digital orthotics in which he obtained expert training. He prides himself in his many years of Podiatric surgical experience and his knowledge of the diabetic foot. His interest includes sports Podiatry and long-distance runners. He provides caring service to all age groups and is readily available for advice and treatment of any foot complaint.

The Foot Clinic focuses on biomechanics and the treatment of medical conditions and is outfitted with the most sophisticated examination and assessment tools. Our CAD-CAM foot orthotic therapy is the most accurate tool in the treatment of problems which are too often treated surgically.
